Business in the Dells is finally picking back up and we’re thrilled to see some tourists around, so we’re extending our hours a little. Starting Wednesday, June 10th, we’ll be open EVERYDAY from 11:30am – 8pm.
Then, on June 20th — the First Day of Summer — we’ll further extend to our Summer Hours. More time for more pizza!
Hey Pizza Lovers,
2020 has been rough. Am I right or am I right? (That was rhetorical. I’m definitely right.)
So, we decided to do something that is sure to make our regulars and some of our most loyal out-of-towners super happy. We have decided to make pickles a YEAR-ROUND, PERMANENT TOPPING!
Pickles have always –since our very first year open — been our most popular Topping of the Month. They have a cult-like following. Seriously, if you haven’t tried them, we highly encourage it. And, they are pretty darn amazing in our Create-Your-Own Salads, too.
This is our gift to our fellow pizza lovers. We will survive 2020!
And, if you are wondering, ARTICHOKES are our new Topping of the Month! They are also really delicious. Come eat yo veggies.
We are thrilled to announce that the Wisconsin Stay-At-Home Order has expired and Sauk County Public Health officials have given restaurants the green light to re-open!
We’ll be taking some extra precautions and we hope you’ll help us keep our space safe and comfortable for all.
We’ve added extended plexiglass barriers to further protect our prep stations and cooking areas, as well as, social distancing measures, additional sanitation procedures, several touch-free hand sanitizing dispensers throughout the dining area, and we’ve removed several tables and chairs. We ask you to help us by not coming in our dining area if you have experienced any coughing, fevers, or shortness of breath, or have been close to someone with those symptoms. Better safe than sorry.
Although our dining room and outdoor patio are now open for dining, we will continue to offer curbside delivery for online orders and at-home pizza-making kits are still available to purchase in-store or online.
We look forward to seeing all our regulars again!
Guided by the recommendations of heath professionals worldwide, and our State and Federal lawmakers, we have made the heart-wrenching decision to close The Lab TEMPORARILY. We hope to be back open just as soon as possible; but at this time, we believe this is the most responsible decision. The safety and health of our Team and our community is our first priority. Let’s all work together to Flatten The Curve, so we can all get back to business and life as usual.

We know parents are looking for fun ways to keep their kids entertained while they are home and, of course, feed their families. So, with Stay-Home, Stay-Safe in mind, we came up with our new MAKE-YOUR-OWN PIZZA AT-HOME KIT!
Each Pizza Kit comes with a fresh housemade dough ball — gluten-free or cauliflower crusts may be substituted for a small upcharge — your choice of pizza sauce, as well as, your choice of cheese, and any four pizza toppings.
You can order our Pizza Kits Online or in The Lab for Carry-Out, then go home, roll out your dough, build your perfect pizza, and bake it yourself. Kids will have a blast (and it’s a super fun date night, too, for couples)!

Our Create-Your-Own Pizza or Salad experience is a lot of fun and when you have time to join us in The Lab, we highly encourage it! But, we know life is busy. So, when your time is limited, save yourself a few extra minutes and order online!
You can still custom-create your personal pizza or entree salad any way you choose, or you can order one of our Lab-Tested Favorites. All of our delicious dessert options and drinks are available through Online Ordering, too.

The sun set begins to set around 5pm and the Dells goes quiet soon after dark. That means dinnertime comes early, too.
So, starting today, Sunday, November 3rd, we’ll be starting our Fall-Winter hours. We’ll be open everyday – except holidays and severe winter weather events – from 11am until 8pm.
We get a little lonely during the winter. Come see us. Nothing makes a chilly day better than fire-baked pizzas.

Because we make our wheat-based dough fresh, in-house daily, we are definitely not a gluten-free restaurant. But, we think of ourselves as “gluten-friendly” and try best we can to satisfy every taste, need, and preference. We have TWO different types of gluten-free crusts: Our original herbed crust, and also our new cauliflower crust. And, we have two gluten-free treats, including our decadent Death By Chocolate Mousse Cake.

A little something that you may not realize: We’re super fast, kids love us, and we have nine different types of beer – including 4 on ice cold tap – and six different types of wine.
So often, families are torn between traditional sit-down restaurants, where meals could take up to an hour and are hard on a budget, or mediocre fast food that no one really enjoys. We’re different! We’re fast, but not “fast food.” We only use the absolute BEST locally-sourced ingredients. Dough is made fresh daily, veggies are hand-chopped, and everything is made-to-order in front of you. Kids love us, because they get to custom-create their own pizzas, at one set low-price, so there’s no arguing over toppings! And, although we’re a casual, budget-conscious pizzeria and salad bar, we have a wide selection of beer, wine, and spiked beverages, like Mike’s Hard Lemonade and White Claw Hard Seltzer’s for the over-21 crowd.
There’s something for everyone!
We’d love to wish everyone a very happy, fun, and safe Independence Day. Wisconsin Dells is an amazing place to getaway for 4th of July celebrations. there’s no fewer than seven MAJOR fireworks displays going on around town. While you’re visiting, we hope you’ll drop in and see us. Our patio is a pretty great place to relax, dine, and take in the colorful sky.
We’ll be open on July 4th and the whole holiday weekend from 10:30am-9:30pm. And, we’d love to create a custom, all-American pizza for you!
